As a registered social worker and certified consulting hypnotist, Trish provides individual and group counselling, to promote a healthy lifestyle in the four aspects of self; spiritual, emotional, conceptual and physical. Trish uses her academic and hypnosis training as well as her Indigenous teachings, to help others live their life in balance. You may recognize some of these therapies as western models, yet many of our Indigenous ways of knowing have been our way for thousands of years.
