Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Service Owen Sound desk. City Hall is closed Saturday, Sunday, and all statutory holidays.

Gift Certificates can be purchased with cash, debit and Visa or MasterCard.

*Current gift certificates are branded as Downtown Owen Sound – these certificates are still valid and will be replaced upon inventory refresh but will remain valid regardless of branding. Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
