Bayshore Broadcasting Corporation began as a single radio station, CFOS, which signed on the air March 1, 1940 in Owen Sound, Ontario.

More than 80 years later, Bayshore has grown into a successful independent private broadcasting company, operating nine radio stations in Grey, Bruce, Simcoe, Dufferin, and Huron Counties, and the District of Muskoka.
