Andrew has remained a member of various local charities, service clubs, and community organizations. He has practiced law in this region since 1985 , and began serving as a Small Claims Court judge for Grey and Bruce Counties from 2005- 2023. He is a member of the Grey County Law Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
