Due to COVID-19 restrictions, you must pre-register to participate in the Public Meeting. Outlined below are options and deadlines for participation in the public meeting.
Oral comments: If you wish to provide oral comments at the meeting to speak to this matter, you must contact the Deputy Clerk by Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. to be registered to participate in the meeting. Please call or email to register.
Written comments: If you wish to present written comments to the RDBM on this matter, comments must be received by the Deputy Clerk by Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Comments may be mailed or emailed.
