Make a fluffy, tufty needle felted sheep! In this workshop, we will learn to make a four legged animal, using braided string as reinforcement for the legs. We will also learn how to work with curly locks (lovely, soft curly sheep wool) and attach glass eyes onto a needle felted animal. Those who attended the Introduction to Needle Felting workshop (Owl and Penguin) can expect to extend their repertoire of techniques. While the first workshop is not a prerequisite, some experience with needle felting would be helpful. Demonstrations of the basic needle felting techniques will take place throughout the workshop and a step-by-step instructional booklet will be provided. All materials are included and yours to take home! If you don't complete the sheep during the workshop, you will have all you need to finish on your own. Elizabeth is a certified yoga instructor. For those interested, she will guide students in a seated stretch break. She will teach some helpful stretches to do when immersed in art and craft!
