Families with Youth in Grades K-8 Using LEGO® as a medium, Grey County Planners will engage participants with a discussion on ‘what makes a community’ and an introduction to community planning. Participants will work in groups, using LEGO®, to design their own cities, followed by a presentation to all participants to discuss their designs. Suitable for all ages, but children aged 5 and younger should have a parent or older sibling accompany them for assistance. Families are welcome to come to build and learn together! Registration required. Please note: If you are unable to attend a program you have registered for, provide a minimum of 24 hours notice by phone or by email. A no-show fee of $2 per child will apply for each program.
