Guest speaker, Deborah Beirnes, is a member of the Elmira Needle Sisters Quilters Guild. For the past number of years Deborah has focused on experimenting & teaching techniques to personalize & enhance borders. Deborah looks forward to sharing her knowledge through her colourful quilts.
