Self-Care Through Art Journalling
Join guest instructor, Jo Mooney, in this four week workshop exploring art journaling with a self-care focus. Learn how to organize your thoughts and translate them onto your journal page using different media and creative techniques. You provide your own blank journal to work in. Other supplies are included but you may bring a small amount of your own supplies as well. Dates: Wednesdays from 10:30am-12:00pm starting September 20th. Runs through October 11. Minimum 4 participants. Maximum of 8 participants.
